On Anturia, immortals do not age beyond sexual maturity (humans: 15-18; Tylwyth Teg: 32-35). They do not die from age-related diseases and never look older than they did at maturity. They also don’t get sick except for bacterial infections, which can be caused by wounds, procedures, etc. Immortals on Anturia can be killed.
