A Croenddu female, First in Command of the Council of Elders. Originally, she was born in Nerys, became a Velg’lan at age 34, and then climbed to the seat of TWO in the Nine. She gave up her Velg’lan life to become the leader of the Council of Elders because she knew she could never unseat Awyr for the position of ONE.
