Thank you for shopping with Anturia! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are made to order or delivered digitally, our refund and return policies vary by product type.
Please review the following information before placing your order.
Physical Merchandise
We produce our merchandise on demand for each order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once we review and approve your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Change of Mind, Sizes, and Colors
Because our merchandise is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or incorrect colors selected during checkout.
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Printed Books
All printed book sales purchased directly through our website are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or books that have already been read.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books
If your book arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or is not the book you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Signed or personalized books are also final sale, except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
Books Purchased From Other Retailers
Books purchased through third-party retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and independent bookstores, are subject to the refund and return policies of those retailers. Please contact the original retailer regarding those purchases.
Digital Products (EPUB Ebooks & Audiobooks)
All sales of digital products, including EPUB ebooks and downloadable audiobooks, are final once the digital content has been delivered or made available for download.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital purchases due to changes of mind, accidental purchases, or device incompatibility.
Technical Issues or Incorrect Files
If you receive an incorrect file, encounter a corrupted download, or experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement file.
If we are unable to provide a functioning copy of the purchased digital product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
We cannot guarantee the exact date that refunded funds will appear in your account.
Returns & Shipping
Please contact us before returning any physical product.
Customers are not required to return damaged or defective merchandise or books unless specifically instructed.
Do not send products directly to our manufacturers or fulfillment partners.
For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will provide replacements without additional shipping charges.
